Hello, I’m Jeanine Taveras, a coach, leadership and team expert. I was born in 1985 and live in Uster with my two children. In my free time, you’ll find me on the padel court or out in nature.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been supporting people in gaining greater clarity, building inner strength, and taking courageous steps in their lives and careers. My coaching combines empathy, creativity, and practical methods to ensure that change becomes tangible in your life. With over 500 hours of coaching experience, I am accredited at the second-highest coaching level internationally. Before becoming self-employed, I worked at Google, Coca-Cola, and a startup in Human Resources, where I managed teams in Sales & Human Resources.
Perhaps you are facing an important decision, are in a new role, feel stressed, or are looking for greater fulfillment. This is exactly where my coaching begins.
Coaching Topics: personal development, Leadership, career progression, stress management, decision-making, life transitions, relationships, self-confidence, wellbeing and inner strength.
In our conversations, we create a safe and confidential space to look honestly at what’s going on in your world. Together, we explore what truly lies beneath your topics and concerns.
Through powerful questions and fresh perspectives we go deeper and discover new possibilities. Often, the answer is already within you — I support you in bringing it to the surface and making it heard.
If you like, we can expand the coaching beyond conversation:
Through creative exercises, bodywork, movement, painting, walks, or time in nature – depending on what serves you in the moment. Because change doesn’t happen only in the mind – but in the whole being.
Change requires courage – and support.
I am by your side as a reliable partner, no judgment. I support you with empathy, help you stay on track and turn your insights into concrete steps. Making your goals a reality that lasts.
A creative, supportive space for our Coaching.
You’ll find me centrally located in Uster, in the Zeughausareal, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Or we can meet digitally – all flexible.
